Meet Caroline Elson
Hi, I'm Caroline Elson!
As a dynamic, engaging, affirming, wholistic-focused therapist, my treatment approach is to provide support, acceptance, concern and explore the changes and movement necessary to help you create the life you want. Creating a safe, caring, and compassionate environment is part of my role in guiding you through challenges of the mind, body, or spirit. I often do this with a lightness which makes the discomfort of growth a little easier.
Providing wholistic wellness for clients, practitioners, and healthcare teams brings great meaning to my life and is something I am dedicated to facilitating. In times of stress, transition, and repeat patterns, it is difficult to find new solutions on our own. As no two people or problems are alike, I draw from many different perspectives and modalities to assist clients in finding creative support, learning, and creating change in their life.
I am passionate about many things, including yoga, paddling, being outdoors, using my creativity, and taking time to pause. For me, the adventures—both internally and externally—are what keep life in balance. I believe this journey, professionally and personally, is about taking care of our whole self so that we can help take care of others.
I am a registered member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and certified with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association as both a Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor.
