Clinicial Supervision

Clinical supervision and consultative support are available for psychotherapists, psychologists, counsellors, social workers, and other professionals. It is an integral part of our professional development and longevity. Clinical supervision is designed to assist and support you in your professional development, professional care, and therapeutic interventions. 

Workshops & Trainings

Teaching and facilitating in a group setting (large and small) is a joy for Caroline. As a dynamic, engaging, and caring facilitator, she incorporates education, experience, and everyday, practical moments throughout her teachings. 

Caroline delights in creating team or group-engaged learning moments. With her breadth of knowledge and ability to design meaningful workshops, she is happy to create customized workshops tailored to you or your organization.

Mindfulness is a state of active, open attention to the present. When you’re mindful, you observe your thoughts and feelings from a distance without judging them as good or bad. Mindfulness means living in the moment and awakening to experience that which is here and now.
